Listen as She Speaks
The language of your body is not linear, but it is precise.
Last Saturday I was in Redwood City, California, with my friend Diane Friedlaender, who hosted me and my workshop Awakening Your Deep Feminine.

Meeting again after such a long time and experiencing such instant connection—and getting to lead an intimate workshop in her sun-filled home—has added such a beautiful chapter to our relationship.
Diane recently purchased the original paintings for three cards from the Yin Oracle: Death, Your Sexual Soul, and The Language of the Body.
For the workshop, we displayed them on her mantle.
This was my first time seeing this artwork in person. It was so powerful to have their collective presence (and vibrancy!) watch over our women’s circle, as we moved through gentle but potent practices of nurturing and healing self-touch, simple qigong, and partner exercises of giving and receiving.
In honor of meeting The Language of the Body in person, this is today’s practice.
A Practice For You: Listen As She Speaks
At the center of all my work is the wisdom of the body and learning how to listen as she speaks to you.
Slowing way down, engaging in ancient, mindful movement practices like qigong, experimenting with partner touch through the Wheel of Consent 3-Minute Game, all help to attune your ‘ear’ to your body’s very unique and very precise original language.
