Today I woke up in a loft in a cabin in West Wales: the beginning of a new chapter of my life (my chapters have been very short lately—this one I’m hoping will get me through six months or so, if not longer!).
I pulled this card, Mystery.
Indeed, I am full of questions that at the moment have no answers.
But I am not only carrying a small bag of clues, I feel I am embodying the clues—they are enlivening me, breathing me, giving me the life-force energy to put one foot in front of the other, in this wild place between heaven and earth.
So, I took a walk through the woods to the sea and swam.
Then on the walk back, I recorded this audio practice for you.
